All of our bandanas are handmade in Los Angeles, California. We carefully source our fabrics from all over the world, choosing each one for its quality, comfort, and design. Many of our colors and patterns are limited edition, which makes each piece a little more special.
Yes, you can spot clean or machine wash our bandanas using cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to prevent shrinkage. If needed, you can gently iron it to smooth out any creases.
Currently, all of our bandanas are made from 100% cotton. We're planning to introduce more fabric options in the future. Every material is carefully selected with our pawstomers in mind—whether it's soft cotton for everyday wear, cooling fabrics for warm weather, or cozy textures to keep them warm in winter.
Please measure your dog’s neck and refer to our size chart. We generally recommend sizing up if your pup is between sizes or has a fluffy coat.
When measuring, be sure to leave a little extra room for tying a knot, so the bandana fits comfortably without being too tight.

At the moment, we don’t offer personalization or custom embroidery, but we may add name embroidery options in the future. Stay tuned!
Each bandana is handmade and individually cut from patterned fabric, so there may be slight differences in size or in the placement of the pattern. These variations are part of what makes every piece unique, and we hope you’ll appreciate the charm of one-of-a-kind craftsmanship.
Since we’re a small handmade brand, all products are made to order. Production typically takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by 3 to 5 business days for shipping. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
We charge a flat $4.99 shipping fee for orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. If you’re interested in international shipping, please email us at info@wildeasepet.com and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote within 1–2 business days.
No problem at all—we’re happy to help with exchanges. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can request a different size. If the size or fabric you need is no longer available, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative style. Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you need to make changes—such as updating the shipping address or recipient name—please email us at info@wildeasepet.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change before your order goes into production.
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once your order has been shipped. We ship all orders through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and once a package leaves our hands, it’s out of our control.
If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide any shipment details or supporting information you may need during the claims process.
